- We can ascertain details regarding the participant or support staff job roles and their responsibilities.
- We determine how support staff are supervised and what ratios are creditor audits conducted, what tools are in use, how results are communicated if that is practice, who carries out the audits and how our rates of healthcare associated infections or multidrug resistant organisms are monitored.
- We can determine the equipment that is used, whether the staff use machine scrubbing or buffing or steaming, whether they have got those control marks or vacuums and the type of vacuum, the types of mapping system, the types of cloths and cleaning trolleys.
- We can also determine specific size related issues – particular to each environment. Having this meeting is crucial, so that the trainer is fully informed and the training is more focused and specific to the organisation.
